Tasting Glasses Members bring their own glasses to each event. A set of six tasting glasses can be purchased through the Club for $18. If you wish to purchase a set please email Wayne Kennedy and he will bring them along to the next event. This is the Cellar Club’s schedule for the next few months. Generally these start with a mingling wine at 7.45pm. Wednesday, 13 July 2011 – The Club’s Mid-Winter dinner at the Tinakori Bistro Wednesday, 10 August 2011 – Central Otago v. Martinborough Wednesday, 14 September 2011 – Neudorf Vineyards, Nelson Wednesday, 12 October 2011 – Saint Clair, Marlborough Wednesday, 9th November 2011 – Bubbles tasting with Forrest Wines Wednesday, 14th December 2011 – The Club’s Christmas Dinner

Contents What you can expect if you join Location Subscription and door charge The Cellar Club Committee Club Address Enquiries The Cellar Club is a wine tasting club established in 1980. We meet on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at the Johnsonville Community Centre Hall, 3 Frankmoore Avenue, Johnsonville, Wellington. What you can expect if you join Learn about New Zealand wines and wineries and compare to these with other countries’ wines and share your experiences abut the wines, the places and the people you have met along the way. Our meetings are on the 2nd Wednesday each month starting about 7:45pm and typically cover a range of 6 – 8 wines of a particular brand or range. These are brought to us by knowledgeable people including the winemaker, winery owner or sales representatives who are passionate about the wines they discuss. During this time we encourage Member to participate and discuss the wines tasted. We have a number of social events during the year including two dinners (mid-winter and Christmas), and a well attended barbecue in January. Club committee
The Cellar Club Committee The committee are responsible for organising tasting nights and all annual events held each year including the AGM held each May. If you have ideas to share, questions, photos, stories, suggest a club night theme, humorous stories, really anything, please contact the club.
